The company Stark Transporte was established 1989 by Mister Ewald Stark. To this time the transport company was dealing exclusively with complete loadings between Italy and Germany.
Due to the growing markets and the various possibilities the company reacted flexibly to the wishes of the clients and began to serve also other markets like Scandinavia or Benelux. In this way, the company’s own vehicle fleet started to grow.
The biggest milestone in the history of the company was the construction of the building in Radfeld in 1998. Additionaly to the office, the building includes also a workshop, a truck wash and an own gas station.
In the year 2001, a warehouse with ramp and an additional tank lane were built on the company premises. Next to the original transport business, the company also started to offer logistic services to the clients.
The logistic area was expanded in the year 2006 with the acquisition of another warehouse next to the company premises.
Another big milestone was reached in 2012 with the expanding of the office and the modernization of the main building’s exterior facade.
In 2020 started the additional construction of a community room for the employees with a roof terrace.
In all these years, the operational spectrum was expanded. The core business is the handling of full truck loads in Europe. The main markets are Italy, Austria, Germany, Benelux, Great Britain and Scandinavia.
The Company has a very good reputation as one of the most reliable and flexible transport service providers in these markets. At the moment, there are around 240 trucks in current use.
In 2019 the company Stark was taken over by the family Höllwarth. Christian Höllwarth, the new business owner, is also the boss of the company Interfood in Hall in Tirol, the company Schmid in Radfeld and many other companies.
Michael Hechenblaikner is the CEO of the spedition LKW Stark. With all his years of experience as a transport manager, business owner and also sales & marketing manager, he leads the company with the best possible know-how.
